Security at VibeKnow

At VibeKnow, security, privacy, and transparency are fundamental to how we build and operate our AI video creation platform.

VibeKnow helps enterprises and professionals transform PowerPoint presentations, PDF and Word documents, web pages, product documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles into professional-quality videos. The platform is commonly used for corporate training, product education, sales enablement, internal communications, compliance training, and knowledge sharing.

Customers retain their rights in the content they provide. VibeKnow does not sell customer content or use it to train foundation models without the customer’s explicit consent. Our cloud infrastructure is designed to support reliable service delivery through regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.

Enterprise customers may request information about our data-processing practices, data-retention practices, deployment architecture, subprocessors, and security practices.

Cloud Infrastructure

VibeKnow operates on secure cloud infrastructure. Enterprise deployment options may include:

  • Multi-tenant cloud service
  • Dedicated cloud deployment

Customer Content

Customers retain all rights they hold in the materials they upload to VibeKnow. These materials may include:

  • PowerPoint presentations
  • PDF documents
  • Word documents
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Audio files

Rights in generated videos are governed by the applicable Terms of Service or enterprise agreement.

VibeKnow does not sell customer content. Customer content is shared only with trusted service providers required to operate the platform.

Subprocessors

VibeKnow may engage trusted service providers required to operate the platform. Examples may include:

  • Cloud hosting providers
  • AI model providers
  • Object storage providers
  • Content delivery network providers

Enterprise customers may request a list of VibeKnow’s subprocessors.

Enterprise customers may be able to customize or manage:

  • Logos
  • Brand colors
  • Fonts
  • Templates

Controls

Security Controls

Access Control

Access to production systems follows the principle of least privilege. Only authorized personnel may access customer environments when necessary for:

  • Customer support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Maintenance

Administrative access is controlled and logged.

Data Encryption

Customer data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or later.

Customer assets are protected using industry-standard encryption at rest.

Network Security

Security measures may include:

  • HTTPS-only access
  • Firewall protection
  • Network isolation
  • Cloud-provider DDoS protection

Backup and Recovery

VibeKnow performs regular backups designed to support service continuity. Our backup and disaster recovery procedures may include:

  • Encrypted backups
  • Redundant storage
  • Recovery procedures
  • Monitoring

Data Retention and Deletion

Customers control their content. Customer content may be:

  • Deleted by the customer
  • Deleted upon request
  • Automatically removed in accordance with configured retention policies

Deleted content is permanently removed from active production systems in accordance with VibeKnow’s deletion procedures. Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period and are deleted or overwritten in accordance with the applicable backup-retention schedule.

AI Model Training

VibeKnow does not use customer content to train its own models without the customer’s explicit consent.

Privacy Practices

VibeKnow follows privacy-by-design principles. We strive to align our privacy practices with generally recognized principles, including:

  • GDPR principles
  • Data minimization
  • Purpose limitation
  • Customer consent

AI Governance

VibeKnow focuses on enterprise content generation. Measures designed to reduce AI-related risks may include:
